SHIPPING: Your order will be sent from our warehouse in Arizona, orders will be processed promptly and shipping prices and times vary based on your Ground shipping distance from Arizona.  Tracking information will be provided once your order has processed.  We use GoDaddy contracted shipping through this website, so we have no access to intercept packages for reroute once picked up by the carrier.  Customers may choose to contact the carrier directly to arrange other delivery options, if available.  Damaged packages/goods will need to be reported within 24 hours of carrier delivery to your address.  We will only be offering AIR shipments with the understanding that UPS does not guarantee or reimburse on late shipments due to delays.   Orders will be shipped to the address provided when the order is placed, any errors in entry which occur will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Cuddles.biz is a wholesale distributor for plush animals, clothing and accessories.  Orders are subject to approval and customers will need to complete the Arizona Resale Certificate for the order to be released for shipping or a separate payment link will be sent to collect the required Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax.  Minimum quantities of 5 pieces are sold per product unless otherwise specified in the item description.  All items distributed by Cuddles.biz meet European health, safety and environmental protection standards and are CE marked and comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2007.  Cuddles.biz is not the manufacturer of any of the products distributed through our website, some defects may be found and if not reported within 24 hours of delivery of the order will be considered for a credit toward your next purchase.  Pictures of the damaged product along with completion of the Damaged Product Form accessible on this website, will be the basis for consideration of credit on the next purchase.  Terms and conditions may change at anytime without notice.  The most updated terms and conditions are found right here in this section.  Accessing the website and placing an order infers customer understands and agrees to these terms.

PAYMENT TERMS: To purchase goods from Cuddles.biz you must be 18 years of age.  Payment in full is required at the time of order and is considered final once submitted.  On some occasions, companies may be considered for terms which are subject to be revoked at any time after approval.  Due to the nature of the products being sold for children, all purchases are final and cannot be returned for refund. 

FLASH SALE RESTRICTIONS: All sales are final, no credit account orders accepted, all orders must be paid in full at the time of using the coupon code.  All steps in the sales requirements must be followed for the order to be processed.  Ground shipping only and orders may experience a delay in processing due to high order volume.  Any damaged items received must be within 48 hours or receiving the order or no credit will be given toward future orders.  Sales are all subject to end early without notice or orders may be canceled and refunded at our discretion. All other terms apply unless expressly noted on the sale announcement.
